We invite you to international open Kyokushin karate fighting tournament for kids, cadets, juniors and seniors, "Zapresic Cup 2014", organized by the Croatian Kyokushinkai

Union and Kyokushinkai karate club "BUDO RYU - ŠKOLA RATNIKA" Zapresic:

Time: Saturday, October 04^th 2014. from 10:00 hour (expected to finish until 15:00)

Place: Primary school Ljudevit Gaj - (Google Maps) Adress of the hall: Ulica Ljudevita Gaja 2, 10290 - Zapresic, Croatia

Rules: Kumite rules of Croatian Kyokushinkai Union

 

1. In category of Kids and Adolescents girls:

 

• No contact in legs, full contact in trunk protector, soft touch in helmet (Knock down in head is prohibited = shikaku)

 

• Protector equipment: shimpad, groin protector, trunk protector (full cover the solar plexus and ribbons) and helmet
• Good technique or techniques by Seiken or Geri in trunk that opponent stops or moves = 1 point (4 times and win)

 

• Good technique by Mawashi geri, Uchi haisoku geri or Kake geri soft touch in helmet = 2 point (2 times and win)
• Knock down for 3 seconds in trunk = 2 point (2 times and win)

 

• Knock out for more than 3 seconds in trunk = 4 point and win

 

• Winner is whoever first reaches 4 point or has more points in regular time or by referees judgment (3 referees in match area)

 

• Duration of fight for Kids: 1’30’’ – 1’– weighting (4 kg) – 1’

 

• Duration of fight for Adolescents girls: 2’ – 1’– weighting (5 kg) – 1’

 

1. In category of Adolescents boys, Youth boys and girls, Junior boys and girls:

 

• Full contact in legs and trunk, soft touch in helmet (Knock down in head is prohibited = shikaku)

 

• Protector equipment: shimpad, groin protector, breasts protector for girls only (cannot cover the solar plexus or ribbons) and helmet
• Knock down for 3 seconds in legs and trunk = Wazari (2 times and win)

 

• Knock out in legs and trunk = Ippon and win

 

• Mawashi, Uchi haisoku and Kake geri jodan soft touch in helmet = Wazari (2 times and win);

 

• Winner is whoever first reaches Ippon or has advantage by Wazari in regular time or by referees judgment (5 referees in match area)

• Winner is whoever first reaches Ippon or has advantage by Wazari in regular time or by referees judgment (5 referees in match area)
• Duration of fight: 3’ – 2’ – weighting (5 kg) – 2’

Application: till Saturday, September 27^th, 2014.

• In application form please insert name and surname of: competitors, trainers, judges and other members of team – for preparing accreditations
• After receiving all applications, we will make a lot and it will be announced on the notice board

 

• Please check the list of competitors after announcement on notice board

Participation fee:   10,00 Eur per competitor

Referees:

 

• The tournament is judged by licensed judges from Croatian Kyokushinkai Union and delegated judges from visiting clubs

 

 Competitors:

 

• They performe in a clean white kimono with a matching belt and mandatory safety equipment
• We accept competitors with student-KYU and master-DAN belts

 

• Competitors should arrive till 09:00 am for checking weight (NECESSARY),

 

• On awarding medals, competitors are required to be in a kimono.

 

 Coaches and team leaders:

 

• They are responsible person for behavior of all team members

 

• We appeal to trainers, leaders of teams, and accredited person not to enter in fighting area during the competition
• We appeal to trainers and leaders of teams to conduct medical examinations of competitors in authorized institutions, and we emphasis that the organizer does not have any liability in this regard.
